Nicolas Baum

A graduate of HEC and Paris II, Nicolas Baum advises his clients on the implementation of major real estate projects. He participates in their legal and tax structuring as well as in the negotiation of the relevant documentation. Nicolas acts on behalf of institutional or sovereign players, as well as industrial groups. Within the firm, he is a managing partner and leads the financing and investment practice. He is also an affiliated professor at ESTP Cachan and an author for LexisNexis. Nicolas works regularly in English and German.
