Axelle Testut advises on the structuring and implementation of specialised financing (energy, real estate leasing, Sofergie leasing, trust) and mortgage financing.

She also advises developers of renewable energy projects, particularly in the wind and photovoltaic sectors, and, together with Nicolas Grunwald, leads the Renewable Energy and Environment department, whose growth she has contributed to.

Axelle Testut studied at Paris II – Assas and Dauphine and holds a Magistère Juriste d’Affaires, a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (DJCE), a DESS in Business and Tax Law and a Master in Tax Law.
