Claire Lubin

Claire Lubin joined the Real Estate Financing and Investment department in 2010. She is now an associate notary public at the firm. In addition to her specialisation in real estate leasing, Claire Lubin advises users in their strategic real estate transactions (sale and lease back). Her international outlook allows her to manage residential property sales for foreign clients.

At the same time, she is also an affiliated professor at ESTP Cachan where she teaches the “notarial real estate sales” module.

Trained as a mediator, Claire Lubin runs the Mediation department of BAUM Notaires.
